Quality & Assurance

RMV Valves Limited operates within a structured quality management framework aligned with the

statutory, and regulatory requirements. Quality is controlled throughout the product realisation process,
including supplier evaluation, incoming material verification, in-process inspection, and final release.

Non-destructive examination is conducted in accordance with recognised industry practices,
with dye penetrant testing performed for surface defect detection and radiographic (X-ray)
inspection applied in line international standards to verify internal integrity.

Pressure testing of valve assemblies is carried out in accordance with API 598 and/or EN 12266
requirements to confirm pressure boundary strength and seat tightness.

Dimensional verification is performed using calibrated equipment traceable to national standards under the guidance
of ISO measurement control principles. Documentation, traceability, and corrective action processes ensure full
accountability and continuous improvement, providing confidence that every component and finished assembly
meets specified tolerances, performance criteria, and quality objectives prior to dispatch.
